This is the Provost dungeon under the Old Exchange building, where prisoners were held in the 1700s and 1800s. The dungeon is not much bigger than what is pictured.

We asked out tour guide about the ghosts that inhabit the dungeon. He stated that the only haunting he knew of was the haunting of this elevator, which moves between floors on it's own, as if someone was incessantly riding it up and down.

This is the second floor meeting room of the Old Exchange building. Many apparitions have been seen here.
